SPARE AIR® is a fully self-contained air supply unit for instant, safe ascents to the water surface. SPARE AIR® is a sophisticated, alternative emergency breathing system that contains its own air supply and has become standard emergency equipment on the U.S. Navy, the Royal Navy, and the German Armed Forces. Depending on the air supply, SPARE AIR® enables emergency ascents from a diving depth of up to 40 m.

The scope of delivery of Spare Air includes a DIN filling adapter, a German-language operating manual and the Pro holster for easy transport.

The filling pressure is 200 bar and the test pressure is 300 bar. The diameter is 6cm with a length of 28cm and a weight of 900g. The air volume is 0.4l and is sufficient for approx. 46 breaths on the water surface at 1.6l per breath.
